9.EFEM(设备前端模块)

生产检测和EFEM页面的log日志区域中以下提示消息建议优化，详情如下：
1. 原基片不存在
the source substrate isnot exist
-->建议改成 【*The source substrate does not exist*】

有一个任务正在运行
there a Task is runing
-->建议改成 【*There is a task running*】

2. 加载基片结束
Action [ LoadSubstart ] finished
-->应该改成 【Action [ Load Substrate ] finished】

3. map盒子的结果中存在异常槽位状态
Mapping result exists unormal slot state：...
-->建议改成 【Mapping result exists abnormal slot state：...】

4. EFEM页面：上片操作进行中
Action [Load Substrate] is running,CassettB, 1
--> 槽位数字不对，选择的是第2个槽位，应该输出【Action [Load Substrate] is running,CassettB, 2 】

5.EFEM页面：进行转运到LP盒操作，但LP盒没有load。
TransactTo CassettB 0,the target.box is not loaded.
--> 槽位数字不对，应该转运到槽位1，应该改成【TransactTo CassettB 1 ,but the target box is unloaded】
