生产检测和EFEM页面的log日志区域中以下提示消息建议优化，详情如下：
1. +原基片不存在+
the source substrate isnot exist
-->建议改成 【*The *The source substrate does not exist*】 exist*
+有一个任务正在运行+
there a Task is runing
-->建议改成 【*There *There is a task running*】 running*

2. +加载基片结束+
Action [ LoadSubstart ] finished
-->应该改成 【Action Action [ Load *Substrate* ] finished】 finished

3. +map盒子的结果中存在异常槽位状态+

-->建议改成 【Mapping Mapping result exists *abnormal* slot state：...】 state：...

4. +EFEM页面：上片操作进行中+
Action [Load Substrate] is running,CassettB, 1
--> 槽位数字不对，选择的是第2个槽位，应该输出【Action [Load Substrate] is running,CassettB, *2* 】

5.EFEM页面：进行转运到LP盒操作，但LP盒没有load。
TransactTo CassettB 0,the target.box is not loaded.
--> 槽位数字不对，应该转运到槽位1，应该改成【TransactTo CassettB *1* ,but the target box is unloaded】
