1.生产检测页面，点击LP盒中的Register按钮后的弹窗提示信息“Continueing to Registering”，其中Continueing拼写不正确，应该是Continuing。根据语境，确认继续注册吗，建议改成“ *Continue registering？* Registering？* ”。

2.EFEM页面，基片等级 *NG建议改成白底红字* ，以便区分于其他OK的等级。

3.生产检测和EFEM页面的log日志区域中以下错误消息格式都不太正确，详情如下：
the source substrate isnot exist，建议改成 *The source substrate does not exist*
there a Task is runing，建议改成 *There is a task running*
